College Station, TX– Retractable Golf Simulator Install
This custom simulator was designed to preserve the existing aesthetics of the space while still delivering a full golf simulation experience. The impact screen and side panels are fully retractable, allowing the system to disappear when not in use.
To keep the installation seamless, a false ceiling was created so the screen remains completely hidden when raised. Scrap metal and trim from the existing room were used to finish the recessed opening, ensuring the addition blends naturally with the original design.
When deployed, the simulator provides a full hitting bay. When retracted, the room returns to its original entertainment space. This setup also allows the customer to retract each screen individually to provide clear sightlines to the screen from anywhere in the room.
Lafayette, Louisiana – Custom Retractable Golf Sim
This project required designing around a vaulted ceiling while still maintaining a clean, symmetrical look throughout the room. To achieve this, we extended the ceiling toward the hitting area, allowing us to install evenly spaced ceiling panels and create a balanced visual design across the space.
A custom-sized impact screen was ordered to span wall-to-wall, maximizing the screen size and creating a fully immersive simulator experience. Built-in wall panels were also integrated into the design to provide both protection and a finished, high-end appearance.
The result is a golf simulator that blends seamlessly into the room while delivering the largest possible screen and a professional-quality hitting environment.
Katy, TX– Garage Golf Simulator Installation
This simulator was designed for a homeowner who wanted a full golf setup while still keeping the garage functional for vehicle parking. The goal was to avoid any permanent structures that would break up the open layout of the three-car garage.
To protect the vehicle parked beside the hitting area, we installed a protective side curtain that can easily be deployed to stop any stray golf balls. A sealed wooden subfloor was also built beneath the hitting turf, allowing the customer to safely drive vehicles on and off the surface without damaging the hitting area.
The result is a clean, flexible setup that allows the garage to function both as a golf simulator and a normal parking space.

ETX – High School Golf Simulator Installation
This simulator was installed for the Hallsville High School golf team to provide a reliable indoor training environment for players throughout the year.
Instead of using a traditional enclosure system, we built a custom framed impact screen designed to give the simulator a built-in appearance while also increasing durability. The rigid frame helps prevent the type of damage commonly seen with lightweight enclosure systems in high-use environments like schools.
The result is a clean, permanent installation that allows the team to train indoors while minimizing ongoing maintenance and repairs.
Groveton, TX – Commercial Golf Simulator Installation
This simulator was installed for a business owner looking to create a simple, reliable golf simulator experience that could be rented to the public. The goal was to keep the investment reasonable while still delivering a quality simulator setup.
A budget-friendly enclosure system was paired with an overhead launch monitor, allowing players to swing freely without interfering with the technology. The design keeps maintenance low while providing a consistent experience for customers.
This setup allows the business to generate recurring income by renting simulator time while keeping operating costs and complexity to a minimum.
Backyard Shop Golf Simulator
Henderson, TX
This Henderson, Texas backyard shop was designed in collaboration with the homeowner and construction team from the very beginning, allowing the space to be built specifically for a clean, efficient golf simulator installation. By coordinating early in the construction phase, we were able to guide structural layout, clearances, and finishes to eliminate compromises and create a purpose-built simulator environment. The space features a 20-foot wide built-in impact screen, ETX Golf Simulators’ custom premium impact panels, and a precisely installed putting turf with a fringe border that fills the interior floor seamlessly—leaving no empty or unused areas. The end result is a polished, intentional simulator space that looks like it 's right where it belongs.
Residential Garage Simulator Build

This residential garage simulator in Prosper was built with one clear priority: maximize performance without sacrificing function. The turf layout was carefully engineered to ensure adequate space for any ball striking stance and continued vehicle access any eliminating any awkward transitions or wasted space. A custom wood trim border frames the turf and was finished in a color chosen by the homeowner, creating a cohesive look that feels as if it belongs rather than added on. Every detail of this project was measured, cut, and installed with precision, delivering a simulator space that feels just as polished as it is practical.
Empty Shop Turned Luxury Golf
College Station/Bryan, TX
This customer transformed their metal shop into the ultimate golf simulator space.
The setup features an 18-foot retractable screen recessed into the ceiling—allowing easy access to the door behind it and a clean, hidden look when not in use.
We installed East Texas Golf Simulators premium wall panels wrapped in custom black alligator leather, paired with a Uneekor EYE XO2 launch monitor and BenQ AK700ST projector for crisp visuals and precision performance.
The putting turf includes five strategically spaced cups, giving the customer exact distances for consistent practice, while the chipping fringe around the perimeter adds both playability and a polished, wall-to-wall finish.
To complete the experience, we mounted a large TV above the computer monitors so the customer can watch sports while practicing or playing a round.
A custom logo was added to the padding (edited out of the photos for privacy), but we’re happy to offer personalized branding options on our premium wall panels for future clients.

This West Texas installation features a fully retractable golf simulator designed to disappear when not in use. The screen and side panels are recessed into the ceiling and hidden behind our premium, custom-built ETX Golf Sim wall panels. We measured and built 39 panels on site to ensure a perfect fit. We worked closely with the homeowner to complement the existing custom trim and ceiling design, ensuring the simulator enhances rather than hides the room’s architecture. The hidden gaming PC keeps the setup clean and clutter-free, allowing the space to transition effortlessly between golf practice and full-room entertaining.
Professional, Non-Permanent Golf Simulator -
Designed for Flexibility and Style
Longview/Tyler, TX
This client wanted a top-tier golf simulator experience without committing to a fully built-in setup. Our solution: the Carls Pro Enclosure, offering a professional look with the flexibility to adapt as needed.
With 18-foot ceilings, we mounted the launch monitor directly to the enclosure and used a custom ETX Golf Sims projector mount to drop the projector 9 feet from the ceiling—ensuring optimal performance without compromising the space.
The centerpiece of this install is the putting green. We trimmed out the turf to seamlessly blend with the existing space, making it both functional and visually striking.

Apartment Complex Clubhouse

For this Houston apartment community clubhouse, we designed and installed a resident-friendly golf simulator as a premium amenity. The overhead launch monitor allows both right- and left-handed players to use the simulator without adjustment, making it perfect for shared use. We also provided easy-to-follow instructions so residents can enjoy the experience without management needing to give constant demonstrations. The result is a hassle-free, high-value amenity that will keep residents coming back.

Customized DIY Golf Simulator Upgrade -

This project began when a customer reached out after purchasing a DIY simulator package online, only to discover the included flooring was designed for a 13'6" space—while his room was only 13' wide. ETX Golf Sims stepped in to custom tailor the flooring to fit the space perfectly, turning a frustrating issue into a seamless solution.
To elevate the setup even further, our licensed master electrician ran all cables through the walls, eliminating visible wires and giving the entire simulator a much cleaner, more professional look.
